You can listen to Classical KDFC all over the Bay Area on our various frequencies. Check out our coverage map. KDFC broadcasts on 90.3 FM San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland; 89.9 FM Napa/Sonoma; 92.5 FM Ukiah-Lakeport; 104.9 FM in Silicon Valley and the South Bay; 103.9 FM Monterey/Carmel; 89.9 FM Livermore. 104.9 FM is broadcast in digital HD.
Classical KDFC can be heard online by clicking on the Play button at the bottom your screen and any page on this website. The player will continue to play the KDFC stream until you click the Stop button or you close the window. The player will also display the program title, the composer and the piece title currently being played. This information will update automatically.
The KDFC webstream is available on the KDFC iOS app, available here. This app requires iOS 7.0 or later and is compatible with iPhone 4 and above, iPad 2 and above, and iPod Touch 5th gen and above. If you have been listening to KDFC on an iOS6 device, KDFC’s webstream will no longer be available through the KDFC iOS app. Or, if you’re an Android user, you can currently listen to KDFC via the free Android App
If you own a smart speaker, then you’ve got a quick and easy way to listen to KDFC. Whether you own an Amazon Echo or Google Home, all it takes is a simple voice command to fill your home with music. With the Echo, just say “Alexa, play KDFC” and with Google Home, it’s “Hey Google, play KDFC”. It’s that simple. Listening to your favorite classical music on KDFC has never been easier.

On your desktop or laptop, please visit http://96.aac.pls.kdfc.live. This should automatically download a file. Find the file and open it with Apple Music. A stream should begin immediately.

KDFC is available in iTunes. If you have recently upgraded to iTunes 12 and can no longer find internet radio stations, follow these steps: Under the iTunes menu bar, click on the radio tower as pictured below. If you do not see the tower, click on the three dots, choose “Edit” and put a check next to “Internet Radio.”
In the list of Streams, open “Classical” and click on “Classical KDFC.”
Unfortunately, Comcast has recently removed all local radio stations from television channel guides. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. KDFC was not involved in this decision and we recommend you contact Comcast directly.
