It’s a concert! It’s a party! It’s opening night of the San Francisco Symphony’s 2019-2020 Season!
Join us for the San Francisco Symphony’s Opening Night Gala LIVE right here on KDFC with Dianne Nicolini and Rik Malone on Wednesday, September 4th at 8PM. It’s the gala kickoff to this year’s art’s season as it happens at Davies Symphony Hall. Dianne and Rik will bring you the play-by-play as the Symphony, Symphony Chorus, and very special guests perform music by Copland, Glinka, Britten, and the greatest party tune ever written, Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy”. Plus, MTT himself will tell you about some of the highlights of the new season — his 25th and final season as the Symphony’s Music Director.
