What if I’m facing music interruptions while streaming on a mobile app or ipad?

Make sure you have the latest App version

Change the audio quality:

1. Open the app

2. Tap the Menu icon

3. Go to Settings

4. Change Audio Stream from 96kbps to 32kbps

If the Internet is stable, try the following to turn on Background App Refresh:

1. Go to Settings

2. Select General

3. Select Background App Refresh

4. Ensure the slider is turned ON. If it is on turn the feature off and back ON again
